“The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has acknowledged what it has emphatically denied so far: Not all instances of Toyota Unintended Acceleration are linked to sticky pedals, floor mats or driver error,” said Safety Research & Strategies Inc. (SRS) in a report Wednesday.
